Erika graduated from Willamette University with a B.S. in Business Economics in 1994. She also holds a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University. Erika received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1998 and is a member of the CFA Society Seattle.
Before joining Harbour as a Portfolio Manager in 2006, Erika worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Ragen MacKenzie, a division of Wells Fargo Investments. Erika has over 20 years of experience encompassing equity research and portfolio management, including four years as a Senior Portfolio Manager with the trust department of US Bank. Within this capacity, she managed over 100 agency and trust investment accounts. In her spare time, Erika is an active volunteer with Seattle Area Feline Rescue.

Hans graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1966. In 1975 he was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Hans was formerly Vice President and Manager of the Personal Investment Management Group at Security Pacific Bank of Washington. He and his staff of seven professionals provided investment management for individuals. Previous positions with the bank included Director of Investment Research and Senior Portfolio Manager for employee-benefit accounts. After a career of 25 years with the bank and its predecessors, Hans resigned in August 1991 to form Harbour Investment Management, L.L.C.

Aalok Shah was a Principal at Northwest Capital Management and served as Director of Research and the company’s CFO. Prior to that Aalok spent 15 years as a Wall Street research analyst for D. A. Davidson, Pacific Crest Securities and Credit Suisse. His work as an analyst resulted in recognition from Institutional Investor, the Wall Street Journal and Forbes magazine.
Aalok graduated from Washington University with a double major in Biology and Economics with a minor in Business. He completed an Economic Degree program at the London School of Economics. He served on the Budget Committee for the West Linn, OR city council and current serves as a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Portland.
